    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using CALLYX (the "Service") at https://getcallyx.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CALLYX.

    2. Service Usage

    CALLYX provides AI-powered CRM, automation, communication, and reputation management tools for local businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer its components, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with or without notice.

    3. Free Trial

    CALLYX offers a 7-day free trial that grants full access to the platform's features. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial begins on the date your request is submitted and expires automatically after seven days unless you convert to a paid subscription. Trial access may be limited in capacity and is intended for evaluation purposes only.

    4. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly plans can be cancelled with immediate effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid annual term. To cancel, contact us at hello@getcallyx.pro or through your account settings.

    5. Refunds

    Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@getcallyx.pro within 14 days of the charge. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion where appropriate.

    6. User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, keep your account details current, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the content of communications sent through the platform and for complying with applicable marketing and data protection laws.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, CALLYX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, logos, designs, text, and branding on the CALLYX platform are the exclusive property of CALLYX and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform.
